Rigging Foreman

Job Description:

• Coordinate and supervise rigging crew during the installation and removal of equipment on construction and/or industrial sites
• Work hands-on with forklifts, cranes, machinery moving skates, jacks, and rigging gear
• Read and follow lift plans, drawings, and site layouts
• Oversee the planning and execution of rigging tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Provide training and guidance to crew members on proper rigging techniques and procedures
• Inspect and maintain rigging equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and compliant with safety standards

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years' experience in related work. Knowledge of heavy lift equipment and/or plant operations is a plus
• Experience in a supervisory role in a related construction field
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to maintain written documentation of daily activities
• Flexible schedule, able to travel as necessary and work overtime
• Pass drug screen, clean background
• Must possess Class A CDL
• NCCCO preferred
