Primary Skills: Data Analysis (Expert), SQL (Expert), Tableau (Expert), Problem Solving (Proficient), Policy Development (Proficient) Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 6+ months Location: San Jose, CA (#LI - Hybrid) Pay Range: $50-$55/Hr. on W2Job Summary:Data and analytically intensive role focused on uncovering critical insights for improving risk controls, designing and implementing risk policies, and monitoring risk strategies. This role is heavily cross-functional, requiring collaboration with various partners to establish and deliver scalable global risk management policies.Key Responsibilities:
- Extract and analyze data from incidents and product analysis to uncover risk control insights.
- Contribute to the creation and deployment of risk policy frameworks for credit risk, fraud prevention, and more.
- Continuously track risk strategy performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to establish global risk management policies.
- Build strategic partnerships with business, product, engineering, and operations teams.
- 4+ years of data experience.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, particularly with SQL.
- Experience in building dashboards with Tableau.
