The specialist will be responsible for investigating merchant cases, mitigating financial risks, and ensuring excellent customer service. A strong analytical ability is crucial for identifying fraud patterns and trends while adhering to established guidelines.Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls addressing financial and fraud concerns.
- Review merchant accounts for fund release and balance collection.
- Investigate and assist with chargeback disputes.
- Analyze transaction data for fraud and risk identification.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in risk or financial call centers.
- Strong customer service and de-escalation abilities.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in the financial services or payment processing industry is highly preferred.
