The organization operates multiple large‑scale refineries across key domestic markets and maintains an extensive network of terminals, pipelines, and specialty manufacturing facilities. With a workforce of several thousand employees and significant aggregate crude-processing capacity, the company is recognized as a stable, well‑branded supplier in the petroleum industry.As the Commercial Pricing Supervisor, you'll lead a team responsible for developing and maintaining the pricing models and forward curves that support the valuation of physical and derivative energy products. - Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or at least 7 years of experience in commodity market risk management.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience (2+ years) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of exchange-traded derivatives (ICE, CME, etc.) and industry pricing sources such as Argus, Platts, and OPIS used in forward curve development.
- Proven ability to develop and improve risk management processes, oversee pricing systems, and drive operational enhancements.
- Solid knowledge of energy markets, including crude oil, refined products, and renewable fuels (RINs).
- Hands-on experience with ETRM platforms, preferably ION RightAngle, along with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI.
- Strong analytical and quantitative background in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Effective leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to mentor teams and collaborate across departments.
