Keller Management Services, LLC is the parent company of several leading specialty geotechnical construction companies across North America. The North American Division is part of Keller Group plc, which is publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange and is the largest international ground engineering firm.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Risk Claims Coordinator to join our legal team at our corporate office in Hanover, MD. This role is an excellent opportunity for an organized and driven professional to support risk management and claims functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

In this role you will be responsible for handling insurable claims and litigation, insurance billing, and certificates of insurance for our legal department.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Manage insurable claims and assist with related litigation matters
Oversee insurance billing and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely and effective resolution of claims
Assist with the issuance and tracking of certificates of insurance as needed

Qualifications

Experience in Commercial Claims Administration
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus

Additional Information

Salary Range: $70-100K

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
