Job Description
Our Client, a Leading Global Investment Firm company, is looking for a Risk PMO for their New York City, NY location.Responsibilities:
- Provide PMO support for Risk governance, regulatory, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items across multiple workstreams.
- Track progress and escalate risks, issues, and blockers as appropriate.
- Support stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination.
- Prepare status reports, governance materials, and management updates.
- Support committee governance activities, including meeting coordination and action tracking.
- Assist with project management of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) activities
- Strong PMO, project coordination, or delivery management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
- Experience within Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Governance, or Financial Services environments is preferred but not essential.
- Self-starter with a proactive and execution-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification preferred but not required.
