Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
What you'll do:
- Build and manage a pipeline of personal and commercial insurance clients
- Prospect through referrals, social outreach, and community networking
- Conduct needs assessments and present customized coverage solutions
- Follow up relentlessly you know the fortune is in the follow-up
- Cross-sell and retain existing clients to grow your book of business
- Hit weekly activity goals: calls, quotes, and closed policies
Who we want:
- Licensed P&C or Life & Health producer (or willing to get licensed before start)
- 13 years in sales, retail, finance, or any role where you had to persuade people
- Competitive and self-motivated you actually want to win
- Strong communicator in person, on the phone, and over text
- Organized and accountable you don't let leads fall through the cracks
- Coachable you absorb feedback and act on it fast
