NOW HIRING: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - Vineyard Post Acute

Full-Time | RN Required | $60.00 - $70.00/hr

  • Schedule: Sunday- Thursday or Tuesday- Saturday

Are you a passionate Registered Nurse with Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience who's ready to take the next big step in your leadership journey? We're looking for a driven and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team - someone who is not only committed to high-quality resident care, but also ready to grow into a Director of Nursing (DON) role in the future.

What You'll Do:

Support the Director of Nursing in managing and leading the nursing department

Ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance across all units

Mentor and guide nursing staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and compassion

Lead by example in patient care, professionalism, and leadership

Step into leadership roles as needed - your development into DON is part of our plan!

What We're Looking For:

Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience is a must

Leadership potential and a passion for developing others

Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills

Ready to work Sunday through Friday
