- RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated * *Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contractDriver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.Unit Med/Surg Oncology Miscellaneous Info & Examples if NeededOnc certification is a plus but not required, travelers will not be required to do chemotherapy due to internal requirements for competency. Most patients are general medical/surgical but with specialty in post tumor surgical intervention. Very similar to typical surgical patient
