Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager Contract Location: New Hampshire Employment Type: Contract Experience Level: Senior-Level Guaranteed Hours 40 hours per week Pay Rate: $53.40 $62.30 per hour Shift Details 07:00 15:30 (Day Shift) Number of Shifts: 5 Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to oversee daily clinical and administrative operations within a healthcare unit. This role focuses on leading nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

The Unit Manager will coordinate patient care delivery, support staff performance, and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care outcomes. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff Coordinate patient care and ensure quality outcomes Monitor compliance with clinical policies and regulations Assist with staffing, scheduling, and workflow management Conduct performance evaluations and staff development Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams Address patient care issues and resolve operational concerns Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Requirements State or federal issued identification required Must wear a photo badge at all times Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required for applicable state
