Job Description

Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager

• Location: Franklin, New Hampshire• Setting: Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care• Employment Type: Contract• Experience Level: Mid Senior Level

Guaranteed Hours 40 hours per week

Estimated Pay Rate $53.40 $62.30 per hour

• Shift Information• Number of Shifts: 5 shifts per week• Shift Start Time: 08:00 AM• Shift End Time: 04:30 PM

Assignment Details

• Start Date: 05/18/2026• End Date: 07/13/2026• Contract Length: 9 Weeks• Overtime: Not guaranteed (may be required to work floor or occasional weekend coverage)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager for a contract assignment in a skilled nursing facility. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations, ensuring quality patient care, and supporting clinical staff on the unit.

The RN Unit Manager will also provide hands-on support as needed, including floor coverage and occasional weekend responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned nursing unit• Supervise and support nursing staff in clinical care delivery• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards• Monitor patient care quality and safety outcomes• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and workflow coordination• Provide direct patient care when required• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams• Support performance improvement and quality initiatives

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred Prior leadership or supervisory nursing experience preferred
