Position Overview

ATC Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Roswell, NM. The RN will provide quality patient care across a variety of medical conditions in a dynamic hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients on the medical-surgical unit.

• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the healthcare team.

• Administer medications, IV therapies, and other treatments as prescribed.

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.

• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold facility and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico or compact state eligibility.

• Minimum 1 year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience required.

• Current BLS certification required.

• ACLS certification preferred.

• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
