Job Summary

Bring your nursing expertise to a collaborative outpatient urology practice where patient connection, clinical excellence, and teamwork come together every day. Our team at 400 Highland Avenue in Salem, MA evaluates and treats a wide range of adult urologic conditions, offering advanced care that includes minimally invasive surgical techniques such as laparoscopic, endoscopic, extracorporeal, and percutaneous approaches.

We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Registered Nurse to support our busy ambulatory practice. This role is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, offering a consistent daytime schedule while allowing you to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver direct patient care and nursing support in an outpatient ambulatory setting
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and assist with outpatient procedures
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical team members to coordinate comprehensive care
  • Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient documentation
  • Support infection control standards and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for patients and staff

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
  • Active Registered Nurse license required
  • Basic Life Support certification preferred
  • 0-1 year of clinical nursing experience required
  • 1-2 years of ambulatory care or outpatient experience preferred
