Job Description

Position Overview: A Registered Nurse is needed to support a high-acuity Intensive Care Unit, delivering specialized care to critically ill patients. This role requires strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage complex conditions such as respiratory failure, cardiac complications, sepsis, and metabolic disorders.

The RN will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide continuous monitoring, administer advanced treatments, and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions. This is a fast-paced environment where precision, collaboration, and patient-centered care are essential.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide comprehensive assessments and ongoing monitoring of critically ill patients• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with ICU standards and protocols• Partner with physicians and care teams to develop and adjust individualized care plans• Act quickly and effectively in emergency or rapidly changing situations• Document all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner• Communicate clearly with patients and families, offering education and support

Required Qualifications:• Active RN license in the state of New Mexico• Associate’s degree in Nursing• Current BLS certification• ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months of hire

Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience At least 1 year of general nursing experience
