Dove Healthcare – West Eau Claire is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to join our team. If you're ready to take the next step in your nursing career and use your experience to lead, mentor, and support a team while overseeing resident care, this could be the perfect fit.
Schedule:
- Flexiblebusiness hours, Monday–Friday
- On-call every 6th weekend and every 6th weekday
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate and oversee care to ensure quality outcomes for residents
- Support palliative care services focused on comfort, symptom management, and quality of life
- Collaborate with rehabilitation teams to help residents reach their highest level of function
- Supervise day-to-day care and team member performance
- Ensure care plans are followed, updated, and compliant with regulations
- Assist with staffing coordination and team support
- Foster a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment for residents
- Participate in on-call rotation
What We're Looking For:
- Current Wisconsin RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Previous experience in a related setting
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care
