In hospice, that means helping patients live each day with dignity, comfort, and compassionate support.What You'll DoAs a Hospice RN, you'll manage and coordinate care for your patients while working closely with families, caregivers, physicians, and our interdisciplinary hospice team.We're looking for an RN who brings strong clinical judgment, compassion, reliability, and confidence to every patient interaction.Qualifications include:

Minimum of three years of nursing experience required.Hospice, home health, palliative care, oncology, geriatric, or other relevant nursing experience preferred.Strong clinical assessment, symptom-management, and care-coordination skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to build trusted relationships with patients and families during sensitive and emotional situations.Ability to work independently while remaining connected to the interdisciplinary team.Strong organization, documentation, and follow-through.A calm, flexible, and professional approach in changing or urgent situations.A compassionate, patient-centered approach to end-of-life care.

Education & Credentials

Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.Active Registered Nurse license in Nebraska, Iowa, or a compact state required.Bachelor's degree preferred.Valid driver's license required.Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance required.Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association required.
