Job Description

Contract RN – ICU

  • Location: Sun City, Arizona 85351

  • Pay: $1,987 – $2,230 per week

  • Hours: 07:00 – 19:30 (day shift)

  • Float Requirement: Must float between Boswell and Del Webb campuses as needed (Boswell is primary campus)

  • Dress Code: Navy scrubs with navy warm-up jacket

Position Summary & Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-acuity nursing care to critically ill ICU patients

  • Monitor patient status, administer medications, and manage life-supporting interventions

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans

  • Assess, document, and respond to changes in patient condition promptly

  • Ensure adherence to ICU protocols, safety standards, and hospital policies

Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required in the state of Arizona prior to hire

  • ICU experience required

  • Ability to float between multiple campuses as needed

  • Strong critical care clinical skills and ability to work in a high-acuity environment
