"Fulfills the needs of the patients, families and community by performing a variety of patient care functions and tasks in accordance with his/her licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements.
- Delivers care to patients in a competent, capable, caring and efficient manner.
- Applies knowledge of growth and development over the life span necessary to provide age appropriate care.
- Demonstrates the ability to obtain information and interpret information in terms of the patients needs
- Demonstrates an understanding of the range of treatment needed by these patients
- Makes initial assessment, and determines appropriate nursing needs of assigned patients, as evidence by appropriate documentation
- Performs initial and ongoing assessment on all assigned patients, including a review of systems, as evidence by appropriate documentation
- Completes admission assessment in time frame established, according to policy and procedures"
" NIHSS, BLS & ACLS Required" CPI
- Required (Must be Crisis Prevention Institute's NCI With Advanced Physical Skills Training course)" BSN - Highly desired" Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state/district
- Required" Med/Surg Experience
- Required: 2 Years" RN Experience
- Required: 2 Years" Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program Required" BSN - Highly desired
