Job Description
Job Title: RN Emergency Room (ER)Location: Billings, MT 59101Contract Length: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)Local Pay: $65/hr. on W2Shift: Mostly Evenings & Nights (Variable 12-hour Shifts)Job Summary:We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective treatment.Job Duties:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and delegated medical functions in accordance with nursing standards.
- Monitor patient conditions, document care accurately, and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions.
- Review and coordinate therapy and treatment plans while referring patients for additional care when needed.
- Float to other qualified departments and participate in on-call coverage as required by operational needs.
- Active RN License (Montana State or Compact License).
- Recent 1 year of Registered Nurse Emergency Department experience is required
- Current BLS (AHA) Certification – Required.
- Current ACLS (AHA) Certification – Required.
- Current PALS (AHA) Certification – Required.
- Current TNCC, ENPC, and NIHSS Certifications – Required.
