Registered Nurse (RN) – Nights (7p–7a, 12‑Hour Shifts)

On‑Call: Not required 

Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality patient care on our night shift. This role serves as a clinical leader, ensuring safe, effective care while supporting unit goals and maintaining professional accountability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process.

• Educate patients and families based on assessed needs.

• Communicate and delegate effectively within the care team.

• Use clinical data to support quality outcomes and improvement.

• Promote patient satisfaction and a positive team environment.

• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Education: RN diploma required; ASN/BSN preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years RN experience.

• Licensure/Certifications:

  • Active RN license (state of practice)

  • BLS (AHA) required

  • Specialty certification preferred
