Job Description

Central Vermont hospice home care agency in need of an experienced Hospice RN Experience with hospice case management required Experience providing hospice care in a home setting required. Prior experience with rural travel preferred. Experience with McKesson/Netsmart EMR preferred. Work schedule Friday- Tuesday. (Open to Sat- Tuesday) Prefer a nurse with no RTO requests for this contract.

Shift: Friday- Tuesday (M-F first week to facilitate orientation)
