Department: Wound Ostomy Continence Nursing Services
Status: Per Diem
Shift: Days (10hrs) 7 AM - 5:30 PM - Inpatient
Pay Range*: $66.74/hr - $83.90/hr

Position Summary
The RN, Registered Nurse provides safe, cost-effective patient care through the health experience, according to established standards utilizing the nursing process, within the scope of practice of Registered Nursing.

- Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. Minimum Requirements
Qualifications/Work Experience:
- Experience working in wound care preferred
- Completion of pre-employment drug screening.
- Completion of pre-employment criminal background reference check.
- Completion of pre-employment health evaluation including TB screening and annual or bi-annual re-evaluation as indicated by Employee Health.
Education/Licensure/Certification:
- BSN required unless waived by nurse executive council review.
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program unless otherwise approved by the Nursing Executive Council (NEC). * Approved accrediting bodies include: ACEN and CCNE others must be approved by NEC.
- California Registered Nursing (RN) License required
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) Card required
- Wound and Ostomy Care Certification required within 12 months of hire date
