Salary range: $68.01 – $107.35/hour

Location: Everett, WA

Full-time Manager – Care Management RN overseeing patient care coordination, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Job Overview:

Leads case management team, oversees care coordination, discharge planning, utilization management, and ensures quality patient outcomes and operational excellence.

• Master’s degree in Nursing, Business, Social Work, or related field

• Active Washington RN license

• 6+ years Case Management experience

• 2+ years supervisory or management experience
