RN - MedSurg Polson, MontanaFull TimeThe Registered Nurse provides professional, comprehensive nursing care for patients in an acute care environment. The RN is responsible for delivering coordinated, safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered care while supporting patients and families through their healthcare journey.The ideal candidate will possess strong acute care nursing experience, excellent clinical judgment, and a commitment to Providence's mission of providing compassionate whole-person care.Required QualificationsEducation: Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Licensure & Certifications

• Active Montana Registered Nurse License
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association) upon hire
• ACLS Certification within 90 days of hire
• PALS Certification within 90 days of hire

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of Registered Nurse experience
• Acute care nursing experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• National Certification in Nursing Specialty Area
• Previous MedSurg experience
• Acute care hospital experience
• Strong patient assessment skills
• Experience with evidence-based nursing practices
