• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license for a single state or RN license with Multi-state Compact
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support) or BLS Instructor certification
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
• Proficiency in technology and basic computer skills to support clinical tasks
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in emergency situations
• Good time management and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in a hospital setting
• Prior night shift nursing experience
• Knowledge of Epic electronic medical records system
• Bilingual capabilities are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) or graduation from an accredited/approved nursing school
• Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience post-graduation
• Completion of clinical hours during nursing education

Other Requirements:

• Certification to practice in a single state or multi-state license
• Availability for night shifts, weekends (minimum every other weekend), and holidays (minimum 2 major and 2 minor)
• Willingness to work variable days and be on call as needed
• Clearance of necessary certifications and hospital-specific documentation (Wellstar cover sheet required)
• Paid sick leave as per applicable laws
• Reimbursements available for licensure, travel, and certifications where applicable
