Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to deliver safe, efficient, and personalized care. Respond promptly to emergencies, utilizing critical thinking and strong interpersonal skills. Maintain accurate documentation and leverage technology to support clinical workflows. Adapt to varying schedules and ensure coverage during nights, weekends, and holidays.Required Skills:

• Current and valid RN licensure (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond effectively to emergencies
• Competency in using technology and basic computer skills
• Proven time management and critical thinking skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in hospital or acute care settings
• Bilingual abilities
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate’s degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Less than one year of clinical experience post-graduation
• Completion of an accredited nursing program with clinical hours

Other Requirements:

• Night shift availability from 6:45 pm to 7:15 am
• Must be available to work varied days of the week, including weekends and holidays (minimum every other weekend; minimum 2 major and 2 minor holidays)
• Willingness to work on-call as per unit needs
• Completed Wellstar cover sheet required for each submission
• Hourly pay rate of $46.90
