What Youll Do

Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate patient care.
Assess patient and family learning needs and provide appropriate education.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members.
Delegate and manage nursing team resources appropriately.
Use patient data and clinical information to evaluate care and promote optimal outcomes.
Adapt communication and care approaches to individual patient needs, privacy requirements, and diverse populations.
Maintain compliance with applicable healthcare laws, accreditation standards, safety requirements, and patient privacy expectations.

What You NeedRequired:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current registered nurse license in the state of practice.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
At least 2 years of nursing experience.
Strong communication, organization, time-management, judgment, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with computers, software, and web-based applications.

Preferred:

Bachelors degree in nursing.
Certification in a clinical specialty area.
