  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years RN experience in Medical/Surgical nursing
Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Rate: $54.31/hr

What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process within regulatory standards
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient progress
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members and families
  • Use clinical data to evaluate and optimize patient outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and accreditation standards
  • Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
  • Support the unit's strategic goals and foster a positive, caring environment
What You Need
  • Required:
    • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Louisiana
    • BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
    • Minimum of 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
    • Proficiency with healthcare computer systems and documentation
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Preferred:
    • Certification in a clinical specialty area
