  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of ER nursing experience

What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations utilizing the nursing process
  • Assess patients’ conditions rapidly and accurately to prioritize care
  • Maintain and update patient care plans based on evolving conditions
  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, procedures, and post-discharge care
  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols diligently
What You NeedRequired:
  • Current RN license in State of Practice
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications from the American Heart Association
  • CPI certification, renewed annually
  • Minimum of 2+ years of ER nursing experience
  • Proficiency in using healthcare software and documentation systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or higher
  • Certification in a clinical specialty area
  • Experience with high-acuity emergency care
