What Youll Do

Provide high-quality nursing care utilizing the nursing process for pediatric patients
Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
Communicate and coordinate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Delegate responsibilities properly and supervise licensed and ancillary staff
Educate patients and families to ensure understanding of care and procedures
Embrace compassionate, culturally sensitive care tailored to diverse patient populations
Maintain compliance with all legal, ethical, and safety standards

What You NeedRequired:

Active RN license in Louisiana
2+ years of pediatric nursing experience
BLS, PALS, CPI certifications (current)
Proficiency with healthcare software and data management
Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

Certification in a pediatric or critical care specialty
