What Youll Do

Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in a fast-paced medical/surgical unit
Assess patient needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies for diverse patient populations
Delegate and coordinate activities within the nursing team, ensuring quality outcomes
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient satisfaction and safety
Utilize data and clinical knowledge to evaluate patient progress and promote positive change
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards

What You Need

Current RN license in Louisiana
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a medical/surgical setting
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
