What Youll Do

Provide expert nursing care using the Nursing Process tailored to neonatal patient needs.
Monitor vital signs, manage IVs, and support critical interventions in the NICU.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Educate families on neonatal care and support their emotional needs.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and hospital policies.
Document patient progress and communicate updates effectively.
Maintain a safe, compassionate environment for vulnerable infants.

What You Need

Required:
- Valid Louisiana RN license
- BLS and NRP certifications
- Minimum 2 years neonatal or pediatric experience
- Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Experience working in Level 1 Trauma or similar high-acuity settings
- Additional certifications in neonatal or pediatric specialties
