What You’ll Do
  • Deliver patient care using the nursing process and professional nursing standards.
  • Assess patient needs and develop, implement, and evaluate appropriate care.
  • Provide education to patients, families, and members of the care team.
  • Coordinate, delegate, and manage nursing team resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support quality patient outcomes.
  • Use clinical information and patient data to evaluate care and promote improvements.
  • Adapt communication and care approaches to respect each patient’s privacy, culture, background, and individual needs.
What You NeedRequired:
  • Current RN license in the state of practice
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification
  • RN diploma
  • At least 2 years of nursing experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective organization, time management, and clinical judgment
  • Ability to use computers, software, and web-based applications
Preferred:
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing
  • Certification in a clinical specialty area
