• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in a single-state or multi-state compact
• Associate’s degree in nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Less than 1 year of clinical nursing experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; BLS Instructor certification is a plus
• Strong communication skills; fluent in English
• Proficiency with healthcare technology and basic computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, emergency-response environment
• Strong critical thinking, time management, and patient-centered care skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Proven experience in telemetry or cardiac care
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
• Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Up to one year of direct patient care experience in a hospital setting
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Other Requirements:

• Night shift availability (7:00 pm – 7:30 am)
• Ability to work various days, including weekends (minimum every other weekend) and holidays (minimum 2 major and 2 minor)
• Willingness to obtain any necessary certifications not currently held
• On-call responsibilities based on unit needs
• Clear documentation and completion of required certifications and paperwork
