What Youll Do

Provide expert nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU, utilizing the nursing process
Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
Effectively delegate and coordinate with interdisciplinary team members
Administer treatments, monitor patient progress, and respond to emergencies
Educate and support families tailored to the diverse needs of patients and caregivers
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives

What You Need

Current Louisiana RN license
Minimum 2 years of NICU or critical care nursing experience
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NRP)
Excellent organizational, communication, and judgment skills
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
