What Youll Do:

Provide high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process within the scope of practice
Assess patient needs, develop, and implement care plans
Delegate tasks effectively within the nursing team and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff
Educate patients and families, respecting cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity
Use data and clinical knowledge to evaluate patient outcomes and suggest improvements
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and safety standards
Document all patient interactions accurately and promptly

What You Need:

Current RN license in Louisiana
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
At least 2 years of relevant nursing experience
Strong communication, organizational, and judgment skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with computers and healthcare software
