What You’ll Do

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process.
• Assess patient, family, and group learning needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, nursing team members, and interdisciplinary partners.
• Delegate and manage nursing team resources appropriately.
• Use data, information, and clinical knowledge to evaluate care and promote optimal outcomes.
• Adapt communication and care approaches to meet diverse patient needs while respecting privacy and preferences.
• Maintain clear and professional documentation using EPIC and perform other related duties as assigned.

What You NeedRequired

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 2 years of Registered Nurse experience.
• ICU experience.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Current American Heart Association ACLS certification.
• Current Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification with a 12-month blue card.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer, software, web-based application, and EPIC documentation proficiency.
• Strong judgment and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Certification in a clinical specialty area.
