Join Our Emergency Room Nursing Team as an RN - ER and Make a Difference When Every Second Counts! We are seeking highly skilled RN - ER professionals to join our team, delivering vital healthcare services to patients in need around the clock. Valid RN license in the state of practice
Minimum of 2 years of ER experience demonstrating proficiency in emergency patient care
Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications from the American Heart Association
Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification, renewed annually
Strong computer skills with ability to utilize various healthcare software and web-based applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear, professional interaction with patients, families, and team members
Superior organizational skills, self-direction, and good judgment
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and being exposed to communicable diseases in a healthcare environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN)
Certification in a clinical specialty area (e.g., Trauma, Stroke, Critical Care)

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to work a 12-hour shift schedule, 24/7 coverage, including nights and weekends
Compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare laws and regulations
Knowledge of current healthcare standards and accreditation requirements
