• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) preferred
• Strong assessment and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience working in an ICF setting
• Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare regulations and compliance
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Experience with care planning and documentation systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) highly preferred
• At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably with IDD populations
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Other Requirements:

• Must have reliable vehicle for visits to group homes; mileage reimbursement provided
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass background checks and all necessary certifications
• No weekend or holiday shifts required; standard work hours
