Join Our Team as an RN - Medical/Surgical and Make a Difference in Patient Care!We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced Medical/Surgical setting. Valid RN license in practice state
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Medical/Surgical setting
Proficiency in using computers, healthcare software, and electronic health records
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to delegate, coordinate, and lead multidisciplinary teams
Knowledge of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA standards, and safety protocols

Nice to Have Skills:

Certification in a clinical specialty (e.g., CCRN, OCN)
Bilingual proficiency
Experience with patient education and teaching strategies

Preferred Education and Experience:

Associate or Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting

Other Requirements:

Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Willingness to adhere to all healthcare regulatory standards and safety protocols
Continuous adherence to infection control and OSHA guidelines
Ability to perform physical tasks and work in a high-demand environment
