Join Our Team as an RN - PACU and Make a Difference in Patient Recovery!We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) to provide exceptional recovery care in a dynamic healthcare environment. • Current RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years of recent PACU or critical care experience
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and healthcare software
• Strong communication skills—verbal and written
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to assess patient needs effectively and adapt care accordingly
• Leadership qualities in delegating and managing team resources

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certification in a clinical specialty area (e.g., CCRN, CNOR)
• Additional language skills
• Experience with high-acuity patient populations
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Over 2 years of specialized PACU experience or related critical care background

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work a 12-hour shift from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM
• Ability to handle exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially communicable diseases
• Candidate must meet physical demands, including lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds and working in physically demanding environments
• Willingness to adhere to all safety and regulatory protocols, including OSHA standards
