What You’ll Do:

• Provide advanced nursing care for ICU patients, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Use the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Document care accurately using Epic software.
• Adapt care behaviors to meet diverse patient needs, respecting privacy and individual preferences.
• Manage and delegate nursing resources efficiently.
• Handle medical supplies and equipment, maintaining a safe environment.
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols, including exposure risk management.

What You Need:

• Valid Mississippi RN license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and CPI (blue card) certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years ICU RN experience, with Epic documentation skills preferred.
• Strong communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills.
