What Youll Do

Provide expert nursing care to ICU patients in a fast-paced hospital environment
Use the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Adhere to best practices, policies, and safety protocols in patient management
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Manage and delegate nursing resources efficiently
Document patient information accurately using Epic software
Adapt care approach to meet the diverse needs of ICU patients

What You Need

Current RN license in Mississippi
BLS, ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
CPI Certification (Blue Card) within the past 12 months
Minimum 2 years ICU experience, with Epic documentation proficient
Strong communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills
