Join Our Emergency Room Team as an RN - ERStep into a pivotal role where your nursing expertise directly impacts patient outcomes in urgent and critical care settings. As an RN - ER, you will be at the frontline of emergency medicine, providing swift, compassionate, and expert care to patients in need. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where every moment counts, making a tangible difference in people's lives.Required Skills:

Valid RN license in the practicing state
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on ER nursing experience
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (PALS) certifications
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with computer systems, software, and web-based applications
Good judgment and decision-making capabilities
Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism

Nice to Have Skills:

Certification in a clinical specialty area
Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification (renewed annually)
Experience with diverse patient populations and complex cases
Bilingual abilities or additional language skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree in nursing from an accredited institution
Over 2 years of ER nursing experience in a high-volume or trauma setting

Other Requirements:

Availability to work 12-hour shifts (12:00 AM - 12:00 AM)
Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment, including heavy lifting
Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, as well as accreditation standards
Ability to adhere to occupational safety protocols due to exposure risks in a healthcare setting
