  • Experience: Prior operating room experience preferred, minimum of 1 year

What You'll Do
  • Provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process in the OR setting
  • Assist in preoperative and postoperative patient assessments and education
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safety and efficiency during procedures
  • Maintain strict adherence to hospital protocols and standards of care
  • Document patient care activities accurately and timely
  • Support a sterile environment and ensure infection control standards are met
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members
What You Need
  • Current RN license in Louisiana
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a surgical or OR setting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control standards
