What You’ll Do:
  • Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
  • Assess patient needs and implement appropriate interventions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient outcomes
  • Utilize data and clinical knowledge to promote continuous improvement
  • Manage patient documentation and communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Follow all safety, compliance, and regulatory standards in the ER setting
  • Adapt to varied patient needs, respecting privacy and delivering compassionate care
What You Need:Required:
  • Valid Louisiana RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years ER experience
  • Current BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred:
  • Additional specialty certifications
