Job Description

WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) for contract opportunities for our Medical-Surgical units in Rochester, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment where you will play a critical role in the care of patients recovering from surgery and managing various medical conditions. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to provide compassionate and comprehensive care.

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a medical-surgical nursing role is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients and healthcare teams.
  • BLS certification is required; ACLS certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
