What You'll Bring

Licensed Physician, Registered Nurse, Licensed Social Worker, or Licensed Therapist

Home health and clinical experience

Experience with home health clinical documentation, including OASIS and electronic medical record systems (Homecare Homebase, etc.)

Interest in developing leadership and management skills

Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Reliable transportation and local travel

Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.

What You'll Do

Oversee day-to-day branch operations

Lead and develop clinical and administrative teams

Ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes

Manage staffing, productivity, and branch performance

Maintain compliance with Medicare and state regulations

Monitor documentation, billing, and reimbursement processes

Partner with leadership on growth and performance initiatives
