RN Case Manager
Full Time
Duties:
- Responsibilities include- managing the day-to-day needs of residents; ensure residents are treated with respect, dignity and ensure quality care.
- Responsible for the monitoring of the day to day duties of the direct care staff.
- Possess the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public.
- Compassion and drive to meet the ever changing needs of our residents and families.
Qualifications:
- Preferred Registered Nurse License and in good standing with the state of South Dakota or compact state
- Preferred experience in Healthcare Geriatrics
- Prior management experience in Assisted Living desired
- Experience with budget compliance.
- Knowledge of computer and word processing software are required.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and state regulations for Assisted Living.
- Ability to effectively communicate, understand and follow written and oral instructions.
- CPR Certification required
