Are you a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse who thrives on leadership, teamwork, and providing exceptional care - even during the quiet hours of the night? Rock Creek Care Center is looking for a Full-Time RN for our Desk Nurse to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals!

What You'll Do:
Supervise and support the nursing team during your shift to ensure high-quality resident care.
Oversee and coordinate daily nursing activities in compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
Monitor residents' conditions, provide direct nursing care, and respond promptly to changes in status.
Collaborate with physicians, residents, and families to ensure individualized care plans are followed.
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and charting in accordance with professional standards.
Support and mentor CNAs and LVNs, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
Ensure safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance throughout your shift.
What We're Looking For:
Current and in good standing RN license in the State of California
Strong leadership and communication skills
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident-centered care
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
