RN Director – Med/Surg & ICU | Leadership Opportunity

• Location: Tillamook (Zip: 97141)• Schedule: Day Shift | 8-Hour Shifts• Contract: 13 Weeks• Pay: Up to $2800 -$3,200 Weekly

We are seeking an experienced RN Director to lead the Med/Surg and ICU departments at a respected healthcare facility in Tillamook, Oregon. This leadership role is perfect for a strong clinical professional who is passionate about patient care, team development, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:• Oversee daily operations of the Med/Surg and ICU units• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to nursing staff• Ensure high standards of patient care and safety• Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership• Manage staffing, scheduling, and departmental performance• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

Requirements:• Active RN licenseMinimum 1 year leadership experience in Med/Surg and/or ICU• Strong clinical and organizational skills• BLS (ACLS preferred)• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
